KARACHI — The Office of the Ombudsman Sindh has launched a new Mobile Application designed to streamline public access to grievance redressal services by enabling citizens to file complaints digitally and track their cases in real time.

The app reflects a major step in the institution’s digital transformation agenda, offering users the ability to:

File complaints online

Receive instant notifications on case progress

Access case history and supporting documents

Communicate directly with the Ombudsman’s office
The application enhances accessibility for citizens across the province, particularly those in remote areas, reducing procedural delays and improving communication between complainants and the institution. It is part of a broader modernization initiative that includes digital archiving, improved departmental coordination, and expanded public outreach.

The Sindh Ombudsman encouraged citizens to utilize the new platform, which is now available for download on major app stores.
