Neelam Shujahuddin is an Advocate of High Courts of Pakistan. She currently serves as an Assistant Advisor of the OIC Ombudsman Association. Ms. Shujahuddin has a legal practice background in matters pertaining to banking and contractual agreements. She has done her LL.B. (Hons) from University of London. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Law with the specialization of Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (Banking & Finance Law) and Postgraduate Certificate in Law (International Business Law) from the University of London.

Mr. Muhammad Arif Humayun is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and specializes in Tax, ‎Commercial and Corporate sector. He currently serves as Assistant Advisor (Legal) in the Federal Tax ‎Ombudsman Secretariat. He also serves as the focal person for the OICOA  Training .‎
Mr. Humayun holds an Honors degree in Law from Islamia College Peshawar. He did his Masters in ‎Commercial Law from University of Management and Technology, Lahore with specialization in ‎Financial Regulations & Business Law from University of Antwerp, Belgium. He is also a Member of ‎Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) ‎of London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).‎

Faraz Shafiq is a gold medalist in Agricultural Extension and Communication, holding an MSc (Hons) with distinction. He brings expertise in strategic communication, research, and media engagement. Currently, he serves as Media Coordinator at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Association (OICOA) and as Assistant Media and Research Officer at the Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad.

With a strong academic background and hands-on professional experience, Faraz specializes in bridging knowledge, policy, and public outreach. His work focuses on creating impactful media strategies, promoting institutional visibility, and supporting research-driven decision-making.

Mr. Aun Sherazi currently serves as a Website, Newsletter & Graphic Designer at the OICOA Secretariat. He is an experienced professional, having worked with the top media groups of Pakistan. Mr. Sherazi holds a Masters degree in Information Technology.

Maaz Ali currently serves as a personal assistant to the Executive Secretary (Mr. Almas Ali Jovindah) at the OICOA Secretariat.
Mr. Ali holds a Postgraduate degree in Urdu from Abdul Wali Khan University.
