Rabat — 12 February 2026: The Mediator of the Kingdom and board member of OICOA, Mr. Hassan Tariq, received a delegation from the Torch Association for Education and Culture, led by its President Mr. Saeed Al-Azouzi, at the Mediator institution.
The delegation included the Vice President Mr. Kamal Al-Hashoumi, the General Secretary Mr. Mohammed Abu Al-Qasim, and members of the National Office, including Mr. Mustafa Lahuidik, Ms. Layla Atar, Mr. Hassan Sabouri, and Mr. [Dear/Dir] Zakkar.
During the meeting, the delegation raised a number of youth-related issues in which the Mediator institution may play a constructive role, within the scope of its legal mandate and competencies. The discussion also explored opportunities for implementing a joint programme aimed at promoting a culture of institutional mediation among youth through nationally oriented activities.
Both sides highlighted the value of strengthening communication between public administrations and stakeholders, while consolidating principles of facilitated governance, dialogue, and fair administrative practices.
