Quetta — The I.T. Wing of the Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat, Balochistan, has launched an extensive capacity-building program aimed at enhancing the digital and technical proficiency of its employees. The initiative seeks to strengthen the Secretariat’s efficiency and service delivery through advanced IT-based learning and skill development.

The training program specifically targets Computer Operators, Assistant Computer Operators, Stenographers, and Senior and Junior Clerks, and is being conducted at the Conference Hall of the Provincial Mohtasib Secretariat.

Designed and supervised by Data Analyst Mr. Nouman Ansar, the program encompasses a structured learning framework ranging from basic to advanced levels, integrating modules on Artificial Intelligence and comprehensive training in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

The series comprises multiple sessions scheduled over several weeks. The first two sessions were successfully conducted by I.T. Wing officials Mr. Malak Dilawar Tareen and Ms. Hajira, under the facilitation of Mr. Naqeebullah Tareen, who will also lead the upcoming session.

This initiative underscores the Ombudsman Secretariat’s commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring that its staff are equipped with modern digital competencies to enhance institutional performance and deliver efficient, technology-driven public service.
