The General Inspection Organization of Iran, a member institution and Vice Presidency holder within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Ombudsman Association, convened a nationwide meeting of its senior managers and inspectors to review institutional oversight strategies, public service supervision, and governance priorities.
The meeting was chaired by Zabihollah Khodaeiyan and attended by deputies, inspectors, directors-general, and provincial chief inspectors through videoconference participation.
During the session, the President of GIO emphasized the importance of strengthening oversight of all service-providing institutions and ensuring continuous monitoring of executive and administrative bodies in order to enhance institutional efficiency and responsiveness.
Khodaeiyan stressed that effective supervision, institutional presence, and coordinated governance remain essential for safeguarding public interests, strengthening accountability mechanisms, and improving service delivery to citizens.
The President of GIO also highlighted the importance of national resilience, public solidarity, and institutional responsibility during periods of national challenge, while commending the dedication of public officials, inspectors, and service personnel.
He further underscored the need for inspection managers to maintain close coordination with executive authorities in order to facilitate implementation of governance measures and strengthen operational effectiveness.
The meeting additionally reviewed organizational strategies concerning administrative oversight, institutional supervision, and implementation of governance directives aimed at reinforcing public trust and ensuring continuity of public services.
Khodaeiyan concluded by emphasizing that citizens deserve the highest standards of public service, accountability, and institutional integrity, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to accurate supervision, transparency, and protection of public rights.
