SARGODHA — Dr. Najma Afzal Khan, Ombudsperson Punjab, held a meeting with Ms. Irum Hamid, Member of the National Assembly (MNA), Sargodha, to discuss measures aimed at strengthening protection for women against harassment.

During the meeting, both leaders exchanged views on the importance of fostering safer workplaces and public spaces for women. The discussion underscored the need for collective efforts to promote awareness and ensure effective implementation of relevant legal frameworks.
Dr. Najma Afzal Khan emphasized the importance of the strict implementation of harassment laws, while Ms. Irum Hamid assured support at the federal level for awareness initiatives and legal reforms relating to the protection of women.
