Manama — Her Excellency Ms. Ghada Hameed Habib, Ombudsman of the Kingdom of Bahrain, received Ms. Fiona Walker Doyle, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of the United Kingdom in the Kingdom of Bahrain (Chargé d’Affaires), at her office.
At the outset of the meeting, the Ombudsman welcomed Ms. Fiona Walker Doyle, expressing her pride in the deep historical relations and distinguished partnership that unite the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom across various fields.
During the meeting, both sides discussed and reviewed ways to enhance joint cooperation and bilateral coordination, particularly in areas related to the work of the Ombudsman’s Office and the exchange of expertise and successful experiences between the two parties.
For her part, Ms. Fiona Walker Doyle commended the role played by the Ombudsman’s Office in promoting the human rights system and the principles of justice, emphasizing her country’s keenness to continue opening new horizons for fruitful cooperation and joint work between both sides.
