Federal Ombudsperson Ms. Fauzia Viqar delivered a lecture on Workplace Harassment & Human Rights to Probationary Officers of the Postal Group attending the 35th Specialized Training Program (STP) at the ECO Postal Staff College, Islamabad, on Thursday, 15 October 2026. The session was part of the College’s Advanced Course on Civil & Criminal Law. Executive Director of the College, Ms. Nadia Amin, was also present.
The message was clear: future officers who will implement the law must first understand it, including their responsibility to uphold workplace dignity.
FOSPAH continues to engage with training institutions and public sector organisations to strengthen understanding of workplace harassment, the applicable legal protections and the redressal mechanisms available through the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat.
