The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab conducted a two-day refresher training programme for its Advisors, aimed at strengthening grievance redressal mechanisms across the province. The initiative focused on improving the quality of decisions, minimizing procedural delays, and enhancing the use of digital monitoring tools to ensure timely and effective resolution of public complaints.

The sessions covered a broad range of sectors, including health, education, labour, and allied public services, with a strong emphasis on consistency in decision-making and citizen-centric service delivery. The training was led by senior Advisors Nasim Nawaz, Nasir Jamal Pasha, and Sami Ullah, with valuable contributions from Arif Anwar Baloch, Mohsin Rashid, Tariq Mehmood, Masood Saleem, Dr. M. Ajmal Khan, Anwar Rashid, and Asif Iqbal Chaudhary.

Through this capacity-building initiative, the Office reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, institutional efficiency, and continuous professional development. The programme reflects the Ombudsman Punjab’s ongoing efforts to strengthen public trust by ensuring responsive, accountable, and people-centred grievance redressal throughout Punjab.
