Hassan Tariq, Mediator of the Kingdom, met with Abdul Jabbar Al-Rashidi, Secretary of State for Social Inclusion, in a meeting focused on strengthening institutional coordination in the field of disability inclusion.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on the draft joint report addressing the management of relations between persons with disabilities and public administration. Discussions centered on adopting a methodology based on productive institutional communication between governance bodies and governmental sectors.

Particular emphasis was placed on improving the quality of administrative services, enhancing accessibility, and developing effective communication channels between public institutions and citizens, especially persons with disabilities. The draft report aims to promote inclusive public policies, reinforce good governance practices, and ensure that administrative procedures respond more effectively to the needs and rights of persons with disabilities.

Both sides underlined the importance of sustained cooperation between oversight institutions and the executive branch to advance social inclusion, improve public service delivery, and strengthen trust between citizens and public administration.

The meeting reflects a shared commitment to inclusive governance and to embedding the principles of equity, accessibility, and effective communication within public sector performance.
