Amman, Jordan – The Integrity and Anti-Corruption Authority, in collaboration with Rasheed Transparency International – Jordan, celebrated the graduation of a new cohort of young leaders from the Integrity Academy 2025, as part of the ongoing “Youth Integrity 2024–2025” project.

The ceremony, held under the patronage of Secretary General Amjad Narmouq, honored 48 young men and women from across the Kingdom who successfully completed the academy’s comprehensive training program focused on integrity, accountability, transparency, and anti-corruption practices.

In his address, Narmouq emphasized the importance of human development as the foundation for building a state governed by law and institutions. “Investing in youth is investing in the future,” he said. “You are now equipped not just with knowledge, but with values—values that protect public funds, build public trust, and form the cornerstone of responsible citizenship.”

He called on graduates to carry forward their training into real-life action, embodying honesty, fairness, and rejection of corruption in all its forms. “You are not just graduates of a program—you are ambassadors of reform, defenders of integrity, and catalysts for change in your communities.”

Abeer Madanat, Executive Director of Rasheed, highlighted the broader mission of the Integrity Academy in her remarks. She noted that over the years, such initiatives have helped bridge key gaps in civic education by linking democracy, human rights, and anti-corruption values. The Academy, she added, fosters solidarity, dialogue, and mutual understanding among youth from all governorates, preparing them to contribute meaningfully to national development.

The event also featured a youth-led seminar where graduates shared personal reflections on the impact of the program in shaping their perspectives and strengthening their commitment to public ethics and responsible citizenship.

Supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and funded by the Zivik Program – Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa), the Integrity Academy empowers young people with the knowledge and leadership tools necessary to promote good governance and social accountability at the grassroots level.
