OICOA member The Honourable Federal Ombudsperson Ms Fauzia Viqar addressed officers of the Mid-Career Management Course from the Police Service of Pakistan and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), calling for a stronger commitment to dignity, equity, and meaningful institutional reform.
In her lecture, she outlined the mandate of FOSPAH in combating workplace harassment and advancing women’s rights, stressing that credibility in accountability requires starting within one’s own workplace. The session brought together law enforcement and legal redress under a shared purpose: strengthening internal systems, improving responses to complaints, and building safer, fairer working environments across Pakistan.
