FOSPAH Marks International Women’s Day 2026 with OICCI
The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH) joined the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) in commemorating International Women’s Day 2026 under the United Nations theme, “Rights. Justice. Action. For All Women and Girls.”

The event highlighted the importance of protecting women’s dignity in every sphere of society, particularly in the workplace, where safeguarding against harassment and discrimination remains essential to justice, equality, and national progress.
On the occasion, Federal Ombudsperson Ms. Fauzia Viqar delivered a strong and thought-provoking address, emphasizing that legal frameworks and complaint mechanisms are not optional, but rather essential instruments for ensuring justice and accountability in workplaces.

Her participation underscored FOSPAH’s commitment to transforming awareness into action and to creating work environments where women can exercise their rights with confidence, dignity, and security.
The observance served as a reminder that when institutions and corporate leaders work together to uphold women’s rights, they contribute not only to individual protection but also to the broader progress and development of society.
