Jakarta — Chief Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia and board member of OICOA, Mr. Mokhammad Najih, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Febrian Alphyanto, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN/Bappenas), at the Ministry’s headquarters in Jakarta.
The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration aimed at strengthening the oversight of public services within national development planning, ensuring that policies and programmes are more responsive to community needs and aligned with principles of good governance.
The agreement reflects the RI Ombudsman’s commitment to promoting the prevention of maladministration from the earliest stages of planning, while supporting the development of evidence-based public policies that improve service delivery outcomes.
