Tripoli | Thursday, June 11, 2026 – The Head of the Administrative Control Authority, Mr. Abdullah Qaderbouh, conducted a field inspection visit to the Authority’s Towers Project located on Airport Road, as part of ongoing oversight of strategic infrastructure initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional capabilities.

During the visit, Mr. Qaderbouh chaired an extensive on-site coordination meeting attended by the Director of the Administrative Centers Development Unit, Mr. Sami Al-Abesh, representatives of the executing company, technical support firms, the supervising consultancy office, and the Director General of Administrative Affairs and Services at the Authority.

The meeting featured a detailed technical presentation on the current implementation status, achieved progress percentages, and key milestones completed within the project timeline. Participants also reviewed the upcoming phase of work, emphasizing the importance of maintaining execution momentum and strict adherence to the approved schedule.

Technical, engineering, and operational aspects were thoroughly discussed, including requirements for completion of remaining phases in accordance with approved specifications. The meeting also addressed potential implementation challenges and proposed technical and administrative solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Mr. Qaderbouh reaffirmed that the Towers Project represents a strategic initiative of the Authority aimed at establishing a modern, integrated administrative headquarters that supports regulatory and supervisory functions. He emphasized that the project is designed to enhance institutional efficiency, improve workflow coordination, and provide a professional working environment aligned with modern administrative standards.

He further stressed the importance of maintaining quality benchmarks, adherence to approved technical standards, and ensuring timely completion of the project in line with its defined objectives.
