Baku: Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, participated in the concluding stage of the VI “Rise” Competition, a three-day national initiative aimed at identifying and developing emerging leadership talent.
The final stage of the competition featured presentations by finalists, who demonstrated their knowledge, analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and management skills before a panel comprising members of the Organizing Committee, senior executives, and mentors.
The event highlighted the importance of merit-based leadership development and provided a platform for participants to showcase their professional capabilities and innovative thinking.
Speaking on the significance of the initiative, it was noted that programmes such as the “Rise” Competition play an important role in developing human capital, strengthening professional management capacity, and preparing a new generation of leaders. These efforts contribute to the country’s long-term sustainable development by promoting excellence, innovation, and effective public leadership.
The competition is regarded as a key national platform for nurturing talent and enhancing the skills of future leaders across Azerbaijan’s public and private sectors.
