ISLAMABAD — An awareness session focusing on the prevention of workplace harassment and the promotion of safe, respectful, and dignified working environments was conducted at the Pakistan Anti-Corruption Academy (PACA), National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Mr. Waqar Ahmad, Assistant Registrar at the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH), delivered the session, highlighting key aspects of workplace harassment laws and institutional responsibilities in ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks.
The session was attended by senior officials from NAB Headquarters, representing various divisions, cells, and directorates, as well as officials from NAB Regional Bureaus. Reflecting a modern and accessible approach to institutional capacity-building, the seminar was conducted in a hybrid format, facilitating participation both in person at PACA and virtually from regional offices across the country.
During the session, participants were briefed on the legal framework governing workplace harassment, the responsibilities of management, and the redressal mechanisms available to ensure safe, secure, and equitable working environments for employees.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to strengthening institutional integrity, accountability, compliance, and awareness of workplace harassment regulations within public sector institutions.
