Tripoli | Sunday, September 28, 2025 The Chairman of the Administrative Supervision Board, Mr. Abdullah Qaderbouh, convened a high-level meeting today at the Board’s headquarters in Tripoli with the Minister of Planning, Dr. Mohammed Youssef Al-Zaidani, alongside senior officials including the General Manager of the National Center for Specifications and Standards, Mr. Ali Ramadan bin Zeitoun, and the Head of the Statistics and Census Authority, Mr. Nabil Muhammad Al-Qanqa. Directors of key departments and offices from various sectors also attended.

The meeting focused on guiding public spending and refining expenditure priorities to align with the state’s development plans, available financial resources, and legal regulations. Officials also reviewed the Board’s oversight notes on national development projects, aimed at ensuring proper implementation, improving performance, and supporting the country’s economic stability.

Mr. Qaderbouh emphasized that the Administrative Supervision Board is working with a strong sense of national responsibility to safeguard public funds, ensuring that resources are directed toward projects of tangible value to society. He underscored the Board’s ongoing commitment to transparency and disclosure in cooperation with all state institutions, particularly the Ministry of Planning.

For his part, Dr. Al-Zaidani affirmed the Ministry of Planning’s dedication to developing balanced development policies, strengthening coordination with the Administrative Supervision Board, and advancing strategic projects that directly serve citizens and promote sustainable development.

The meeting reflects the Board’s broader effort to enhance transparency in public spending and guarantee the optimal use of state resources to support economic growth and vital development initiatives.
