The Federal Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH) marked the official launch of its 16 Days of Activism campaign, #HumBadleinGeSoch, with an awareness session at PIMS Hospital.

Federal Ombudsperson Ms. Fauzia Viqar addressed the audience, underscoring the importance of being informed about the various forms of workplace harassment and the appropriate ways to respond. She highlighted FOSPAH’s pivotal role in crafting workplace Codes of Conduct and ensuring the establishment of effective inquiry committees to handle complaints with fairness and confidentiality.

Assistant Registrar Mr. Waqar Malik delivered an informative briefing on the types of harassment, reporting mechanisms, and the step-by-step procedures FOSPAH follows to process and resolve cases.

The session received an enthusiastic response, with participants actively engaging in the Q&A discussion and reaffirming their commitment to fostering safe, respectful, and inclusive working environments.
