The Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a member institution of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Ombudsman Association, commemorated the 103rd anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev through an official visit to the Alley of Honor.

Sabina Aliyeva, accompanied by members of the Ombudsman Apparatus, paid tribute to the memory of the National Leader by placing flowers at his tomb and honoring his legacy with deep respect.
During the commemorative visit, the delegation also paid tribute to the distinguished ophthalmologist-scientist and academician Zarifa Aliyeva by laying flowers at her grave and honoring her memory.
The ceremony reflected the continued respect for the historical legacy and national contributions of prominent Azerbaijani figures whose service and dedication remain an enduring source of inspiration.
