Mediator of the Kingdom Meets University Researchers to Discuss Administrative Jurisdiction and Mediation
On Tuesday, 24 March 2026, the Mediator of the Kingdom, Mr. Hassan Tariq, received two university researchers for a meeting focused on advancing the role of administrative jurisdiction and mediation practices.

The meeting brought together Dr. Abdul Rahim Al-Tajani, researcher at Ibn Zohr University in Agadir and former member of the Mediator Institution, and Dr. Lahassan Al-Hamidi, researcher at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra.
Discussions centered on the contribution of administrative judiciary mechanisms in strengthening and consolidating the practice of facilitated mediation, as well as exploring ways to further develop mediation within the university and academic environment.
The meeting also provided an opportunity to present newly published academic works, co-authored by the participating researchers and issued by Dar Al-Salam Publishing. The publications address key legal themes, including “Moroccan Administrative Jurisdiction” and “Fundamental Principles of Administrative Disputes in the Higher Education and Scientific Research Sector – An Analytical Study in Light of Court of Appeal Jurisprudence.”
These contributions reflect ongoing academic efforts to deepen the understanding of administrative law and its practical applications, particularly in relation to dispute resolution and governance within higher education institutions.
The engagement highlights the importance of collaboration between academic researchers and national institutions in promoting legal development, strengthening mediation mechanisms, and enhancing the effectiveness of administrative justice.
