A high-level meeting was held in Tripoli between the Head of the Administrative Control Authority, Mr. Abdullah Qaderbouh, and Mr. Maad Rafa Saleh, Member of the House of Representatives from the Al-Jafra region, to review ongoing service delivery matters and development-related files in the region.
The discussions focused on assessing the performance of public institutions and evaluating the implementation status of key service and development projects across Al-Jafra. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that administrative processes align with applicable legislation, regulatory frameworks, and established governance standards.
Both sides reviewed the progress of priority public projects and examined the procedures undertaken by relevant authorities to ensure compliance with approved plans and operational guidelines. The meeting highlighted the importance of enhancing institutional efficiency and optimizing the use of public resources.
Mr. Qaderbouh reaffirmed that the Administrative Control Authority continues, through its branches, to monitor public performance and development initiatives as part of its mandated oversight role. He emphasized the Authority’s commitment to safeguarding public funds, strengthening integrity, and promoting transparency in administrative operations.
The Member of Parliament, Mr. Maad Rafa Saleh, presented a number of development priorities related to essential service sectors, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, and municipal services. He underscored the importance of continued coordination with oversight institutions to ensure effective project delivery in the public interest.
The meeting also highlighted the need for sustained monitoring of public projects, regular review of implementation stages, and adherence to approved development frameworks, in order to improve service outcomes for citizens.
Both parties reiterated the importance of strengthening institutional coordination between legislative and oversight bodies to enhance governance standards and improve administrative performance across the region.
